The Dunc Electric Electrified Chanter Stock is our patented piezoelectric pickup system designed specifically for bagpipes. The Highland Bagpipe version features a custom- ized plastic chanter stock manufactured by McCallum Bagpipes. It has been beaded and combed to perfectly match the aesthetics of any set of traditional Highland Pipes.A small metal enclosure houses the electronic components which send the chanter's isolated audio signal out through a 1/4" TS jack. The enclosure itself is made of black powder coated aluminum. It features the Dunc Electric logo printed on the front in three stylish designs for you to choose from. Every unit comes with a built-in volume knob for output level attenuation, so all you have to do is tie it in, plug it in, and turn it up!
